Dibond is a great material for hard wearing exterior products. It is an aluminium composite of 2 printable aluminium sheets sandwiched with a core of solid polyethylene. Used for hoarding boards and external signage, this is one of the most resilient materials on the market.
Dibond is only recyclable when the three layers are separated and treated individually.

Fully recyclable and toxin free, Correx is our most environmentally friendly plastic printed material. Being lightweight yet rigid with hard-wearing qualities that make it a favourite for indoor and outdoor graphics, most commonly seen on property ‘For Sale’ boards but growing in popularity due to it’s eco credentials.
Top Tip:
Being a super smooth surface, Correx is best printed with UV stabilised inks for maximum adhesion.
Made from bonded polypropylene with a central ‘bubble’ cell, this 100% recyclable material is as strong as Foamex but with up to 25% recycled content, has much greener credentials.
Suitable for indoor and outdoor graphics, this lightweight and rigid material is fully waterproof.

A great eco alternative to Foamex.
A cost effective and highly recyclable plastic material, very popular for Point of Sale (POS) graphics and displays as well as children’s toys, bathroom enclosures and car components. The added rubber content gives it malleability and strength giving this cost-effective material its versatility.
Available in an assortment of colours, thicknesses and finishes to suit all retail requirements.

An eco version is available too for faster biodegradability.
Very much in vogue, this rough looking but strong and durable building board is proving a hit with retailers.
By printing directly on with fade resistant UV stabilised inks and a white primer, the wood surface texture comes through to give a very natural look and feel.

A real 'statement' material for natural and original products.
Melamine coated MDF board allows for a super smooth printed surface for really impactful print. The MDF core is very strong and stable with a high resistance to warping. CNC cutting and shaping are all possible with MDF.

Leaving the edges 'natural' is very effective.
